Opposite way round big fella. Go all the way up to sprinkling tarn for what I reckon to be one of the top descents in the country down to stockley bridge.

Hi I have done it both ways and agree up Langstrath and down from Styhead to Stockley Bridge. Avoid dropping down after Stake pass and having to carry back up out of Rosset Gill.
