Anyone else had trauma getting a map unlocked?
Just got a Edge 605 with UK Topo on DVD. Have registered the device but cant get it to "find the device" when I use the Mapping Unlock Wizard. I dont have a data card installed in the Edge (I get one tomorrow), is that the problem?

Have you got training centre running as well? If its a edge/memory map/training centre comb, you need all 3 running for memory map to work.

dont have memory map....i dont think.....i'm not techie....at all

Is it the fact that the Garmin doesnt have a memory card in that means I cant get my PC to connect to it?
