Entry list is out - no going back now! First Alps biking trip - eek! Oh well at least I will be there from the Monday to prepare.

Yeah I just booked the time off yesterday - they are not too happy as we have a really busy time of year just after I get back, and if I hurt myself it will be highly inconvenient!
