Finally found a tyre I like a lot having tried many, wore the rear out, now they are discontinued - arrghhh!

Anything get close (tried Conti MK Protection - cack, Spesh Fast Trak LK - cack)? Needs to be super fast rolling, have some grip in mud and last fairly well.
Schwalbe seem to be loved but I doubt their longevity. Despite it being an MTB sin I do cover a lot of tarmac miles (albeit the quietist country lanes ever) so too soft tyres are a no no.
Fast, and some mud grip sounds like that's quite a number of tires!
Maxxis have Larson TT or Crossmark (have ridden both seem good to me)

Kenda Small Block 8 fits that bill nicely currently have them on my ride forgot how fast they are! Grip surprisingly good as well!
