I have a problem with my front tyre moving round the rim when cornering hard, this pulls the valve stem off the tube (for the second time). Scared the hell out of me.
Running at 35psi + on a mavic 719 rim.
Anything I can do or is it new tyre time?

All seems fine then. Maybe try demounting the tyre and tube, checking the rims for any damage then re-fitting...

How old is the tyres? They can get baggy with age.

Tyre is about 2 years old, plenty of tread left though. Doesn't seem to baggy?? I had that problem with a panaracer rampage.
One more shot at a higher pressure, If that fails I think it's new tyre time.

some tubes have weak valves.
