You could use a tyre boot, but personally, I'd bin it, it will only get worse.

A tubeless patch may work.

Tubeless patch will work fine, sticky worms or whatever they're called

I've had an emergency boot in one of my tyres for a couple of years now without issue. Couple of others with just regular patches glued in too.

sew it up with some strong thread, and whack a thick patch on the inside. Degrease it with some disc brake cleaner first, as the surface will be waxy. Works for me on tubeless tyres.

When my sidewall got torn I sewed mine with dental floss then stuck a repair patch on the inside. Ran tubeless again fine after that.

Fair enough. Where I ride people seem to be constantly ripping holes in the flimsy sidewalls (until they sack them off). 🙂

I admit they (RQBC) feel very flimsy when off the rim compared to my schwabble tyres but then they are a lot lighter and, touch wood, i've never had any issues after years of riding mainly natural welsh trails and im not generally a mincer on the downs either 😆

Get some of that rib (boat) repair rubber material. Cut out a patch and superglue it on inside. Just patched my hans dampf like that and 5 mins later I was out on ride (tubeless).
