On my way to work today i noticed at 5 junctions along one stretch of
road 2 small camera looking things half way up the lamp posts. At the bottom of the lamp post is two plastic suitcases one black one cream chained up.Anybody know what these are ????

What colour were they?
If greyish then they could be road tax monitoring cameras and if they were blue they are likely to be traffic monitoring cameras.

they are black/grey and a cream one

they did a traffic survey in aberdeen using them with CCTV on the lamposts ...
in dundee - likely body parts contained within
