Worth a watch this - not a channel I'm familiar with but the algorithms pushed it to me as I watched a fair bit of CX on TV this winter.
Youtuber 'Average Rob' sets up a mates race, during the ad-breaks, at the biggest CX race in the world Diegem, a few weeks ago. MvDP features, alongside some other retireess, YouTubers, etc.
A lesson in how to ping off your max HR, carrying your bike through a sandpit, being sick, and chugging beers, whilst 26000 people scream at you.
Very entertaining, worth a watch (half an hour, save it for your lunch break).

Yes I was going to say I wouldn't want to run through mud with an e-bike over my shoulder.
Thought it would involve turbo trainer more. 😆

They've done a couple of bike vids with MvdP too - one cx and one mtb, plus a roady one with Remco
They're a bit "I'm crazy, me" but also OK
Just watched it. Brilliant. Well done for getting it organised. I can see it becoming a fixture.
