Do people change this regularly, top it up or just ignore it?
Mine has been in over a year now and just wondering if I need to do anything with t or just keep riding

Check it and top it up. It does eventually dry up/get used up. If you cant hear it sloshing around then you need to top it up. If not when you do puncture there is nothing to seal it.

Depends on the tyres tbh! My Nevegals seem to last forever so it does start to dry up. On the dh bike or using less durable tyres it's not been an issue.
