I've noticed some small dry patches of shiny stuff on my tyre. I'm wondering off this is some component of sealant that has leaked through a very small hole? There isn't any sign of the white goopy stuff. Or maybe I just rode through some icky stuff. Any thoughts?

Could be sealant. A small amount. I think it can go a little translucent when it's dry depending on brand?
