The TRP euro x brakes on my scott cx are screaming and no matter what i do to adjust them they wont stop. I have also changed the pads but with no joy. Any help or advise would be great.

A quick google suggests that these brakes are a bit style-over-substance; the inability to toe-in the blocks is daft with any canti brake.

I'd get rid on E-bay and buy some Avid Shorty 4 or Shorty 6 brakes; more adjustability, better braking and lower profile so no heel or calf clipping...

Found the toe in adjust on the end of the pad holders. Nothing in the instructions about it! No screaming now so will stick with them for the time being. Thanks for the advice.

TRP added the in-place adjust option - the bolt at the end of the brake lever arms - as standard faire last year or as an upgrade option for older models. The Eurox is as fine a performing standard canti brake as any other on the market...I've also run the CR950's and spent last season on the CX-9 mini'v's...great brakes all around.
