Are these any good? What are your own views on quality/sizing.
I don't want full body armour but will be wearing an Evoc
Bag with spine protector.

I like mine, Ive bounced down the trail a few times in it. Shoulder still hurts 5 weeks later, I think it would be considerably worse if I didnt have it on.
Difficult to get off when hot & sweaty, look a right tool in the carpark jigging around trying to get it over my head.
I was so impressed I bought the protective undershorts also.
Comes up large so go a size down.

Thanks for your reply, so a size smaller than your measurements would recommend?
Which one did you go for and do you remove any pads?

I wore one in the Alps for a week, very comfortable, even in the heat of a couple of weeks ago. Washes well too. Didn't test it's impact resisting properties though, as all the falls I had I took on knee and elbow pads (for which I was grateful- not trying hard enough?)

Very good. Got long sleeve one. Walked away after flying over the bars at Pila few weeks ago. I'm medium but small was the fit on these for me. Helps a lot if you have a friend to help take it off.
