I've heard of them a few times, but never bought anything from them. They have an ebay store ("tretwerk net") that has decent feedback.

Well just to round this off, I placed an order with them on 21/8 for a KS Lev post. At the time they offered the best (for me) blend of price and availability saying their stock would be arriving on 25/8. On 25/8 they updated that to 1/9, and they eventually shipped it last Friday (7/9) with it waiting for me when I got home last night (11/9). I think a lot of the problems were due to the distributor as none of the other usual suspects in Germany got their stock any quicker. On the upside their communication was good - emails were answered in English within an hour or two, and they were honest about what was going on.
I'd be happy to use them again.
