Thinking of riding/racing the Trans Maurienne race in France in August. Anyone ever done it? I'm just wondering if it's a fun way of seeing a lot of the countryside and having a blast out on the bike, or if I'd be better served by just going for a few rides instead...
I did an event by the same organisers in Saudi Arabia a few years ago and it was fantastic.
