Looking to out tomorrow but really localised snow around Lancs and South Lakes. 3 foot Drifts at home and nothing 3 miles away. Anyone been out today and had a decent ride / entertaining disaster?

Gisburn is snowed in, new teail opening today was cancelled. Lee Quarry is also snow bound. Anywhere high is very windy with big drifts.

Planned on doing round Coniston water loop this morning, foot of snow minimum everywhere ended up with an out and back up the east side from Blawith and a brew in Hollands in Coniston, any bridleways we tried to sample were impossible.
