Here's my TCR. Built up out of 2nd hand frame and wheels and then bits I already had (plus new cranks and disc rotors). Swapped the shock from a 200mm x 50mm to a 190mm eye to eye to lower the BB and slacken it off a wee bit. Run it with Pikes at about 120mm for just razzing around, but I also use it for uplift days at Cwm Carn and at FoD, so wind out the forks and swap the wheels for a set of Singletracks with Super Tacky High Rollers on - nice! 1 x 9 works a treat for local stuff and Welsh trail centres. It's fantastic fun and actually quite versatile.
