If the weather is nice, my friends and I ride out to the course and watch it go past. It doesn't take long to get out there. It's about fifteen miles out to a place on a country road far from town where there are few other spectators.
We go out on the roads because we're usually in a hurry, but there is a good mountain bike route for coming back.

Mr K - to give you your dues, bow, bow, tuck ones forelock etc..;-) Im not an original rider just a guy who wished he'd been there first time round when things in general were a bit more simple..
