Well, Geraint Thomas ad Sky may not have been able to regain the lead after blowing up on Old Willunga Hill yesterday, but it was still good to see the race. Here are a few (!) of my photos from the top of the KoM (if you can call it that), and a link to the set on Flickr. I'll try to name the riders in the photos later...

Nice, cheers for sharing. Looks like a good day out that!

How much time did Geraint have before he broke?

Nice pics there, looks like a warm day for them. Caught the prologue but managed to miss the rest. Was surprised not to see Ritchie Porte there (he's been in the local coffee shop most mornings since New Year)

From memory, not very much, 5-6 seconds perhaps.

Was strange, he got the lead by breaking away up Corkscrew Hill early in the week, then on the stage when he lost it, he spent most of the day in the Peloton and couldn't keep up with the break in the last km on Old Willunga Hill.

Yeah, his performance up Old Willunga Hill was a bit puzzling given how he gained the lead. He was only up by about six seconds as Tarquin said until then.
