Hello,
Does anyone know the ascent for each of the Red routes at the 7 stanes? I've been looking around online and can't find any information - but I could be a total idiot.

they're all loops so if you include the descents it's zero

Brilliant, ascent doesn't include descent.
I'l have to keep looking I suppose, I'll post up here if I find out in case anyone does a search in future,
