..the guy I met at the bottom of the Bwylch today about to climb it on his handbike for training. Didn't catch his name, but he's an ex-mtb rider who was paralysed during a north shore accident.
My legs were shouting at the top of it so god knows what his arms must have been like.

TBH he just looked like a fit mtber lying down to me. I reckon it must be more about endurance than brute strength
