have been reading around on the Toro, wondering whether i could use it for mtb including wooded singletrack/fireroads/open moor tops in ludlow area. will also be used for mayhem.

anyone got one out there? how does it work out on the high setting, not the max? are you getting 10 hours?

thanks.

It works for me, I replaced a daddy maxx with one, I prefer to have my light set further ahead, the toro is far better than the daddy for that. Battery life seems good, but I haven't been on any all night rides with it.

I use a diablo (which has the same beam pattern) and it's fine 🙂

apparently the toro beam spread is now identical to the maxx d, so will there be any benefit to onroad use?

the reason i was against the maxx d was that the beam pattern wasnt conducive to road riding?
