Anybody have a link to the Tora 318 air solo service guide.
I'm finally going to open them up and see if the spacer to extend the travel is in there and change the seals while I'm at it.
Any idea of the weight of oil to use? Is it better to use a heavier oil because I'm a fatty or not?
Just did a pair yesterday, not got the guide but they take 15ml of 15wt in each of the lower legs,6ml of 15wt in the air chamber, and are supposed to take 130ml of 5wt in the upper damping leg, but you may want to try 7.5wt, I think they feel a little under damped on 5wt.

It's for all their 08 forks so best to print off the relevant bits and leave the bots for other forks. Then you have the pages in front of you and you can make a mess!
I wouldn't fiddle with oil weights: only the right hand upper leg would make any difference anyway (other bits are for lubrication not damping). Just put more air in if you are bottoming the fork out.
Cheers for that.
It bugs me that I need to buy 30 quids worth of oil to fit a 20 quid seal set.
sounds like you've priced it up from a bike shop, try using a motorbike shop.
