and thanks to Al from the MBR vids on youtube, i manage to get on ok.
so just wondering who else there is to watch and who would get the
"best youtube bike mechanic award"?
The Park Tool videos can be very helpful. Though they do have a tendency to recommend expensive tools.

Yep, Park Tools, generally from their website, is what I use.
