Has anyone any experience/advice on a sore upper foot
It is fine when cycling, I would do four or five 1-2 hour mtb rides a week and have done for 10+ years
But recently, when I finish cycling the upper part of my left foot (from where the leg joins down to toes) is sore for a few hours
Maybe tendonitis? Or saddle posiiton?
I had a sore achilles tendon a few months back after one very long road cycle, it healed but it was about then the upper foot pain started
