How do you wire in the extra brake levers that you can add to a cross bike with canti brakes? This would be in addition to the drop levers.
Thanks.

You just cut the cable housing and thread them through. Its the housing that forms a cable 'stop' for the cross top levers to actuate off.

piece of cake. instead of one long outer brake cable from brake to the first brake stop, you in effect have two legnths with the cross top lever sitting in the middle.

so to fit you need to remove your existing cable (outer and inner), cut the outer into to shorter lengths (from tnbe lever to the cross top lever to the first stop), thread in your cable and you are away.

make sense?

Not sure how that works. the barrel cable end attaches to the top bar the other end goes through the housing then where? Sorry for being thick!
