I’m trying to remove the cartridge bearing from a Hope BSA30 bottom bracket cup. Any tool recommendations will be gratefully received!
This isn’t the one I got, but looks identical - even the instruction sheet is the same. To be honest there’s umpteen virtually identical ones.
The one I got is absolutely superb. The only downside is it comes in a cardboard box (with foam inserts) not a plastic case.
Used it on Shimano press fit, where it does the cups the way you’re meant to or if you prefer does the bearing only - your choice but Shimano say no.
Used it on BBrite it remove the bearing.
Haven’t done a Hope but I can see no reason it wouldn’t be just as easy. It’s just another 24x37x7mm bearing isn’t it?
Edit - sorry it’s a 30 not a 24. It comes with the parts for that too.
