I am thinking of adding some tokens to my forks ,now it looks pretty simple to do but I have no oil or grease
Can anyone tell me what I need and how much I need to add ??

I’ve added to both RS and fox and never done anything with oil or grease in lowers. Other than maybe a little dab on the oring/seal at the threaded end on CSU.
To add tokens on RS you aren’t going anywhere near the lowers.
You just let the air out of the valve on the top of the left fork leg, then unscrew the top cap. Depending on your fork it’s either a 24mm flat socket or a cassette tool.
The tokens just screw onto the underneath of the cap or bottom of any tokens already under the cap. I just smear a little bit of grease round the o ring seal on the top cap before screwing back together.
