Evening all,

Took this picture last year and thought no more, quirky and unusual item on the hills, but that was it. Now someone has commented on it and its got me curious now, so then...

What is it all about, and why? The head not the bike, before someone does!

I thought the other way round tbh, but was wanting the low down if anyone knew.
