Well... what a day!
Went to meet Rex down at horner for a bit of an up and down ride.
Up and down it was! Had a lovely Extreeeeme cream team halfway round. So windy the clotted cream was the only thing left in its bowl! Put sugar in the mug and it blew straight out like a tornado!
We managed 4500ft over 24miles, bout 3 hours riding. Bloody hilly but awesome route, I didnt have to think where to go either which was nice!

Then went over to the quantocks for an evening ride and did another 16ish with 2000ft of climbing in 2hrs.Must say, I was mighty hanging after that tho, should have eaten some more! My fault for taking us up lady's edge, serves me right!

Quite tired now tho as I've done 80miles, 12,500ft and 10 hours playing in the hills since Thursday! Bed time...
NIce routes ! Glad I didnt come along today though.
Good grief man, you must be knackered!
I thought that Exmoor route packed a punch - that'll be 1500ft of climbing an hour then...
Cheers for your company yesterday and good luck for the Keilder!
Im certainly feeling a little tight in the legs today!
Ride into work from the car was interesting, not a comfy saddle.
Probably the hardest I've pushed in a while, we didnt seem to be taking it too easy. Could only just keep upright on ladys edge.
