Two great brands & what great service.
I know it has been said before but they are great aren't they.
I had an issue with an Exposure light that was inside shop warranty but really did not fancy going through all the hassle of dealing with them & waiting weeks, so I contacted Exposure & they sorted the issue out & returned it within a week.
I managed to break the rails on a relatively new cotic saddle & no questions asked a new one arrived in the post a few days later.
It really does pay to support great UK brands. there are many more I know, but these two really show what good customer service is all about & what to do to encourage you to retyrn again & again.

Cotic were incredible for me with my hemlock, I boght it used and too old for warranty anyway but I still got better backup than you'd get with most new bikes.
I felt out with Yeti over a broken frame.
Cotic were at the event where it happened and were extremely helpful, leant me a prototype to race on. Yeti couldn't care less.
I now own three Cotics and no Yetis🤷♂️
