Can't get my Shimano shifter pods to fit properly on my new Titec Jones bars. Single speed not an option so need to get new shifters. Only options I can see are the Shimano dual controls or the Puals component road bar end shifter thumbie.
Any help greatly welcomed.

i think you just covered it all.
Nail firmly on the head. Get some flippies dear boy and be prepared to squeeze them around the bends.
Oh, Titec H Bars are wrong. You need the J Bars as the rise on the H Bars is just soooo unpleasing on the eye (yes, I know they aren't pretty to start with but why beat them with the ugly stick as well!)
Get the Barcons on Paul mounts(other brands are available, I think SJS do/did a hinged mount)
I have just put them back on my Big Dummy instead of XO triggers and I am now wondering why I changed them in the first place.
SJS mounts & Dura-Ace shifters.
