Shot penned - no chance, unless you get it done again.
Brushed - scotchbrite/pan-scrub
Polished - Brasso
Just use some fine wet and dry (get a multipack from 100-1600 or so grit) some beers and TV... you can follow that with some car scratch restorer if you want it shining... but the start course and work down should work and carborundum is harder than Ti.
