I tend to have little interest in tires till they need replacing. Currently have Nobby Nic on a trail bike that need replacing. Be interested to try something different. Riding is usually baked hard/hard with loose over the top.
What ideas you got?

I think Michelin are making some great tyres nowadays. But maybe not for your needs.
Specialized always great value for money. Butcher plus eliminator combo?
I ran some Minion dhf on front and rear at a trail centre and they were great.
One if those how long is a piece of string questions.

I hadn't just bought a DHF & Aggressor, I'd be looking be looking at the new Michelins.
