Think it's ISIS or maybe Octalink - are the BBs different when it comes to removal?
The non-driveside cup is plastic and part of it has broken off.
The driveside cup is metal but it's not budging.

If it's plastic it'll most likely be a Octalink. You could try some 'gentle' heat, a sharp screw driver to turn it and some WD40 (be careful of your heart source) that'll shift it easily.
Be careful of your threads on the BB shell.
