On the hunt for pedals, SPD style with a platform of some degree. These are the two contenders (budget of £50). Feedback please 🙂
Used time since they started making the atac, only recently bought a new pair to go on. Y second bike (MX6). The ither pair is still going strong after 20 years.
Cheers, what shoes do you use with them? I think the 6 over the 4 adds tension adjustment, have you used this feature (my older Time didn't but that was roadie use..)
Tension adjustment is not needed. However, i think the mx6 adds hollow spring axles which might mean the springs are replaceable on the road 6 but not on the solid axle 4.
I have a bent spring on a 4 = am waiting to see if they're repairable. At the moment i can't work out how to remove the pins!
They're good by the way. Might be an argument for just buying the 2's and treating as disposable
I use northwave shoes arctic and enduro.
