i'd use an anti-seize such as shimanos or park tools.

You need a copper based anti-seize such as Ti-prep

Very likely to gall on installation. Use an anti-sieze compound as stated above, my choice is Rocol Food Lube.

Aren't they heavier and less hard wearing than ally ones? I appreciate that might not be the point.
