I'm no sure if this have been done before but Thomson appear to be offering a complete mountain bike on their site now.
It's a custom, built to order affair, which I imagine is hugely pricey, but it looks great!

Think they've done that for a while, selling rebadged Lynskey(or tha tother L-company that do TI) frames for a massive price.
George is quite correct. It's a "cracking" frame from the Ti builders with that reputation for producing Ti frames.

Possibily a dig at Lynskey? I seem to remember that a batch they did for On-One seemed to have issues with cracking at the chainstay.
