I reckon the Ti refers to Tube Investments who owned Raleigh and Reynolds rather than the metal.

Not likely to be Ti, That's just an old Carlton - it has pump pegs, mudguard clearance and hanger for old centre pulls.

Tubular investments?

Mine will look stunning this winter.

Edit...ooh and a lamp bracket. Not a turd by any means, but still polished. Looks like the sort of thing the factory would give to visiting royals.....must weigh a to as well?
