1- Build a new bike - Once it's done, well... you can't ride it
2- Walk the trails you ride usually - Feel odd and simply not right without a bike
3- Watch "How To" video related to MTB - you can't practice
4- Look at Ebike - You will recover.

Walk on official footpaths and find cheeky trails for when it's dark.

I bought a recumbent trike. I was only injured from the waist up, and had one functioning arm ๐

Try and undo a seized bottom bracket with nothing but brute force and ignorance and discovering that there's a warm liquid running down your leg due to you bursting your stitches. On the plus side i did get a new snazzy coin purse ;-D
