Nothing weird going on here, no carbon silliness or cross threading. Just good old Shimano SPD’s stuck in my RaceFace alloy cranks.
So let’s here your best/crazy ideas for shifting these mofo’s.

Crank arm in vice, biggest spanner/Allen key you can find
Heat.
What's your technique? Are you using the opposite crank for extra leverage?
Failing that, a good few taps of the hex key with a hammer can help shock it loose.
Hot air gun will do it.
Defo turning the correct direction to unscrew depending on side? Somebody had to ask
Non drive side. Pop it on the floor and stand on it. Put Allen key as close to the ground as possible then stamp on that
Had this with some hope cranks. Tried plusgas, pipes extending Allen keys. Would not budge at all.
In the end I took the crank off, took it to a local garage and give them a £5 for their Xmas drinks pot and they just used a decent wrecking extension bar and socket. Straight off.
If it’s stuck, then you likely to find the torque limit of your Allen key before the pedal loosens…
Plenty release spray left to soak in, and a gentle(ish) tap on a spanner sorted my awkward pedals
Impact driver with an alen key bit.
Hair dryer worked for me...after asking on here!
Before trying the crank off method etc.
Flip the bike upside down.
T handle hex driver in the pedal axle
Rotate the crank backwards so that the T handle rests on the back tyre
Push down hard on the long section of the hex driver.
This method gives you loads of leverage
Heat the crank with a hot air gun. Extension on the Allen key - I have some old gas pipe. Use your foot to put pressure on the pipe while tapping on the key with a hammer
1 - Stand on the pedal barefoot. Preferably completely naked if conditions allow.
2 - Adopt an appropriate yoga pose, taking care to maintain contact with pedal.
3 - Close your eyes.
4 - Emit your finest ommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
5 - Don't stop.
6 - That's it. Keep going.

But if it does fail don't go stamping on or hitting hex keys.
I discovered a spare seat tube fits nicely over a spanner to gain extra leverage.

As above- heat and also penetrating oil.
The aluminium crank arm will expand more than the steel pedal axle which will help.
Do the pedals have spanner flats, or just an Allen key socket on the end?
I’ve had a very stuck out of Ritchey pedals before - the Allen key socket cracked and I resorted to disassembling the pedal and filing flats into the axle flats to use to get enough leverage.
Use an old pair of handlebars and put them over the long end of the Allen key gives a much longer lever arm therefore greater force to loosen the bolt

A proper pedal spanner on the flats will move a pedal that an Allen key won't. Regular Allen keys are springy. A hex socket on a long 1/2" power bar will be much better than a regular Allen key because it isn't springy.
If the threads have galled, you're going to just have to get a long bar on it and try to work it back and forwards with lots of penetrating oil. Heating is another obvious thing to try, as above.

Keep crank on the bike if you can It’s got an axle to secure it and an opposing crank / brakes to brace it
Then, bike / crank on side so penetrating oil can penetrate into the threads from the back via gravity
Pedal spanner if it’s got flats, if not a good quality long Allen key
Brake on / foot on other pedal (depending on which crank) and body weight on the spanner - don’t stamp on it’s something will slip
Use a bit of heat if needed
If the crank is off the bike and you want to reuse it clamp the SPANNER in the vice and haul on the crank

Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world.
You may need to involve a 3rd party/vice.
Allen key socket in pedal, long extension bar between seat tube and rear tyre, as you loosen the extension will brace against the tyre allowing you to use as much force as required, without needing a vice.
