Had a sneaky day off (loads of hols to use up) been out on the bike most of the day round grizedale he he he. Original plan was to head over to walna scar and do it out and back just to get up a big hill really but falling on the ice on the road on the east side of coniston and bending my bars put paid to that. £55 quid lighter I've now got some 800mm bars I don't want but a cracking day out nonetheless (and good on the bike shop dude for fitting them for nowt).
