You were fricking shiny dude! Like tron and that sort of shizzle.
He had every possible retro-reflective product on him and bike.. a sight to behold.

I'm a great believer in 'looking like a christmas tree' for commuting at night. Lights in odd places, odd colours, loopy lights, it's all about jumping out of the background.

Well, yes. It's quite clear that i excitedly wished to wag my tail to an audience with regards to reflective stuff.

Could have made up a story to go with it, something far-fetched to appease the pedants.

Ah sorry i forgot the rules..
A 1x10 gear system, angry bmw driver, bus driver, wing mirror, and some nobby nics all featured in the journey home.
Everyone lived happily ever after.

At night, all that shiny stuff is pretty useless, and serves no real purpose.

But during the day, it reflects the sun's light back out to space, thus slowing down the process of global warming and saving the planet from a thermal armageddon.

What did *you* do today to help save humanity?
