LX and XT cassettes?
I know XT are lighter, and more expensive, but do they last longer? Do you get better shifting? I'm looking at the 9 speed 11/34 2009 models.

They are the same except the XT has 2 or 3 more sprockets mounted on the alu carrier, therefore lighter.

XT don't last any longer, but the carrier is friendlier to the freehub body.
