Now the freeride track has been rebuilt, a few of us went down did the xc loop, then planned to drive uo to the freeride area, have lunch and spend an hour messing about.

I know there's no private uplifts and can understand why they wouldn't want people driving up and down for the downhill course, but why not the freeride! It's not like you've got any chance to get on the bus at the weekend and the freeride car park is comletely empty 99% of the time?

oh dear.

Shall we go out to the countryside for some healthy exercise and relaxation - but there is no way I am riding there, my car must be close!

I tell you what, email FC, maybe they will install a stannah stairlift for you, make sure none of that pesky dirt gets on you by cleaning it all up and laying some nice tarmac, and maybe they can remove the horrible fresh air and peace by installing some polluting engines and turn on a few stereo's with some cool beats thumping out.

👿

Jesus Mat_comingout have you ever been to Cwmcarn, it's not exactly the wilderness! There’s a scenic road which has cars going round every minute, not to mention two uplift buses?

Adrian Mole’s a funny guy, if my wife looked like his I’d want to spend more time riding my bike 😉
