...saw on here a while ago a website selling bags for mountain bike touring. It was a pretty homemade looking venture on a single website. The bag attached to the handlebars and ran the legnth of the bat.

Did you get a confirmation when you ardered your bags from epic? I ordered just a fuel tank from him last week, I wanted to check the quality of his stuff before splashing on a frame pack, and got no confirmation, his replies to my queries before hand had been reasonably prompt.
Carousel seem imposible to contact, I gave up in the end, but his stuff is meant to be good.
