Fun controller just booked us in a cottage in 2 weeks. Just gotta figure out how to get the bike up with a weeks worth of holiday stuff!!

@wrightyson- do youy know of a log cabin to rent by a lake by any chance sleeping 4-6 people for a week or longer?

Glad you enjoyed It , Us Scots do kind of take our country for granted and to think you didn't even hit the bonny parts. Next time head north and do some natural trails , you will be impressed.

what stanfree says re taking our patch for granted
Since I am having some accident enforced off the bike time I/we did the touristy thing today and went for a drive in the countryside, 55mpg taking in some awsome sights that we have not done for years.
btw there is a few days natural riding in the Southern end of Scotland, been re-aquainting myself with some of that this year 😆

Yeah do some natural stuff next time. The trail centres are nice enuf but if you're coming all the way up here you really should do some real mountain biking.
