i've got some old marzocchi x fly forks(2002 models) and want to service them.
dont have a problem doing this my self, but can't seem to find any help on oil volumes or weight.

any body out there help?

Try this, you just need to select the year from the drop down menu

7.5wt

45mm up to 80kg 40mm over 80kg measured from top of the crown fork compressed.

the 2002 manuals are very good with full service info in them.

My Z3 Bombers from 03' used 7.5 wt as well - I was sold some shell fork oil 7.5wt from CRC IIRC 🙂

The oil heights are measure with the springs removed, from what i can remember of my old marzocchis.
