What is the significance of riders wearing yellow race numbers in TDF? I can't work it out.

The other members of the peleton are allowed to throw small frogs at them, and on climbs, are allowed to hold on to their seatposts.

Why was a radioshack rider wearing one today then, I'm sure I saw one on a red and grey jersey

Possibly because Radioshack are leading the team competition.

It wasnt Radioshack, It was Caisse D'Epargne who were leading today.

Aye, Caisse D'Epargne leading by a few seconds from Radio Shack, Kloeden's result today may have pushed them ahead, but then Armstrong lost a few seconds.

The shack are now the team leaders due to Kloeden's result today.

Great stage today - that hill that Contador attacked on was ****ing steep. Looking forward to the Pyrenees battle between him and Schleck.
