Someone suggested they were the best solution for those of us plagued by (or at least, very intolerant of) noisy disc brakes, especially in the wet.
Saw a suggestion that they were not for wet use but *think* that just referred to faster wear.
Any feedback from STW?

Dunno, but I've been using their sintered pads with SRAM road disc brakes. On Tuscany Trails in 2016 people were wearing through sets of organic brake pads in under 5 hours, we're still using the sintered pads from that trip.
I use them on the road/cross bike to reduce the noise / increase the bite - wear issues aren't so apparent as it doesn't get quite so dunked (and when in cross format I'm trying not to use them!). Organics seem a better fit there.
I have the green ones they have lasted longer than any other pad i have ever used and they are a lot less noisy in the wet.
I have them. They howl like banshees in the wet.
D'oh! It was all going so well, damn you Ransos!
Sounds like everything else disc-brake padwise, suck it and see. There's enough positive chat about low noise that I'm tempted to try them, basically for a CX bike/tarmac commuter so not fussed about wear
