Thinking of getting a rigid salsa fork and swapping out a rock shox jett. Can anyone foresee any problems with this - what do i need to check measurement wise and will it be ok with the headset? It's on a Kona Nunu from 2000, and i'm a numpty.

sounds ok. 80/100 suspension fork will swap to 440mm (axle to crown) fork alright.
headset should be fine.
